lol i randomly found that icon on photobucket while surfing one day. i laughed until i cried. i just think it's hilarious for some reason. i dunno. maybe the thought of cookie monster yelling "PENIS" at the top of his lungs, mixed with the look on bert's face. it's just funny! =P
