not really feeling myself today - feeling a bit down and alone...

curse the u.s. postal service for not delivering my friend's package (which I sent two weeks ago regular air mail) by x-mas day.  really I thought it would get there early.

hope everyone fun on the holiday - mine was spent in a dark, smoke-filled club listening to amateur jazz musicians who were, surprisingly, good... (more on that later, if I get to feeling better)
