In last night's debate, (and possibly other times), McCain referred to those who want to keep abortion legal "Pro-Abortion"-ists.

here's a quote:
"Just again, the example of the eloquence of Sen. Obama. He's 'health for the mother.' You know, that's been stretched by the pro-abortion movement in America to mean almost anything. That's the extreme pro-abortion position, quote, 'health.'"

Please help me out here. Isn't the movement actually known as PRO-CHOICE, not PRO-ABORTION? Since when does supporting a woman's right to "CHOOSE" to have an abortion mean that we are PRO Abortion?

I'd never ever say that abortion is a good thing.
A woman should never HAVE to make that choice.
But she should be ALLOWED to make that choice.

that is what the Pro-Choice movement is about, right? And it is about Women's Health, in addition to her rights.

I'm sorry, but that just makes me really angry, and demonstrates how unbelievably backwards McCain and his "camp" really are.
