laurainlimbo at 10:45pm on 03/04/2012honestly I'm still alive. After a busy first week of my job, then my husband and I went to Seattle Saturday and didn't get home until 3 a.m. Sunday - long story, I'll post about it later.
I've been so so busy with this new job - just trying to work really hard to learn everything, and get lots done so I can prove myself worthy. I'm enjoying it, but it is kind of tiring of course. Masahiko started his new job tonight - he's tired, but I think he likes it. it's good to be working at least. earning. it's a good feeling.
in other news, I'm tired of the rain. and cold. we're the only place in the nation, maybe excerpt Alaska, where it still feels like winter. *sigh* but it's the price we pay for the nature up here I guess. but really, some sun would be nice.
enough complaining though! I finally watched the 2-hour season premiere of The Killing tonight - I had recorded it Sunday night while we were gone. it's off to a crazy good start!!!
now just waiting for something to print, then I'm off to bed. I've got a stomach ache - I ate too much dinner tonight, but I think it might have been the avocado that didn't agree with me. or the cheap red wine - LOL!
I hope to update soon, and I know I'm not reading your posts = and I want to! so let me know what's going on in your lives!
