yea that reminds me of something I did when I was in junior high - we all had to write nice messages about our classmates to boost self esteem. everyone wrote stuff like "you're nice" or "you're pretty" - awww! but as adults, it's not really necessary is it? why not just put out some cookies and cakes?

I'm not a huge hot dog fan, but free food is never a bad thing:)
