yea I was pretty wild when I was young and stupid. I definitely didn't enjoy the mushroom experience, and I never wanted to do any other drugs after that.
when I was in college (years ago), I did a march against the Gulf War (this was the one in 1991). It was a great experience, but we had war veterans and others calling us names. they thought we didn't support the troops because we were against war. I've never quite understood the idea that if you're against war, you don't care about the troops. no logic there. anyway I had the coolest professor in college who organized the march.
now my mom actually did a protest - she protested outside a nuclear plant when I was young. that was cool!

when I was younger, we used to stay after the movie finished and watch it again. I saw the Outsiders several times when I was 12! and on occasion we snuck into other theaters to see other movies that were playing at the same time. I think it's harder to do these days - I haven't tried since I was a teenager:)
