I hope everyone is getting ready for Halloween. I had meant to decorate a pumpkin and get the house all ready, but time is ticking... maybe tomorrow:)

I didn't have any plans, but I did carve a pumpkin and decorate our house a bit and handed out candy to the kids. we didn't have many but it was fun.

what did you guys do?

We handed out a bunch of candy, and I took the kids trick r treating, they got 2 bags each, lots of candy this year. We carved a pumpkin, watched Halloween cartoons, then when Jacob went to bed Sarah and I watched the original Halloween and Night of the Living Dead. It was pretty nice. :)

wow two bags each? sounds like what I got when I was a kid. I loved Halloween so much! still do:) wow Sarah is brave enough to watch Halloween and NOLD at her age? I didn't watch horror movies until I was much older. you're a cool mom to watch with her though:)

For some reason, she's fearless with scary movies, when I'm covering me eyes, she's always saying, that's not scary! ^_^

when I was your daughter's age, I definitely couldn't watch scary movies. I was freaked out by the end of Carrie when I saw that. and even Jaws gave me nightmares!

Both of those movies scared me too! I didn't like scary movies until I was older. *hugs*
