I haven't left any comment for a while but I read what you told us (most of the time long after you wrote it) and I'm glad to see that things are settling a bit now with your husband. I hope that this is the right new beginning you both need and that you'll be happy about it. And I'm so glad to see that there's no long quarantine in Japan and that you got your cat back immediately. I've heard some awful stories about animals held in quarantine for months in some countries, enough to make me never want to go there.
