oh yes, it's so so different, and I'm very happy for that. I hated that job in Chicago. and the people I worked with too. here the people are challenging - but that's mostly because of the language and cultural barriers. and I don't know what they expect yet - but I'm learning. things will get better with time.

I will try to post more stuff like this - it takes time, but it's good for me to reflect too.
