aw thanks! I want to travel too - I wish I could see a new culture, like some other Asian country. someday...

you don't like tofu? you haven't had it prepared by a good chef I guess. My mother in law makes lots of tofu dishes, and it can be really tasty. and good for you!! of course I know by itself it's pretty bland, but I did get used to it, and now I love it!
