I don't really care for the holiday myself - it's a good day for flower and candy sellers, but otherwise, silly romantic fluff.

I'm not cynical ... really I'm not!

My mom has a date though - it's so cute! She and Harry are going to an art exhibit and then to dinner somewhere. He'll probably give her flowers. He proves that romance is not dead.

M and I might go for a drive or hike somewhere if the weather is decent. all he does these days is practice his guitar all day and all night - so he should get out of the house with me! I volunteered today and will go again on Wednesday at the law office, so tomorrow's a holiday. I don't care about going out to dinner, or getting flowers or chocolate (I eat it every day anyway!), but I do want to get out of the house at least.

anyway - nothing new for me. Walking Dead is back - and wow it was fantastic! and I started watching The Vampire Diaries. yea I like it!

I'm so happy that you've found someone to enjoy Valentine's Day with! I envy those "sickening" couples - LOL! but it makes me happy that you're happy!!

Thanks, we are happy, a lot of stress at the moment though as we have been looking for a place to live in James' hometown as it's where his business is advertised, our lease here ends in a month's time but we've hopefully found the place we want *fingers crossed* they let us have it!

oh I hope things go well with your new place! I'm already wishing we had our own apartment, but can't afford one now with no job!!

We are *still* waiting to hear if the letting agent will take us on - we handed our references etc in over a week ago, which is another week closer to us having to be out of our current place and if we don't get accepted then it's a week or two wasted not looking for somewhere that will accept us. Stress!

And we're still waiting, we have to be out of our current place in less than two weeks and we're not even certain we have somewhere to move to! At least we can lodge at James' parents if all else fails but that's not anywhere near an ideal solution, especially as we've got used to living alone together in the last 6 months!
