Yesterday one of the Supreme Court's decisions involved permitting entertainment companies to sue websites which help people pirate movies, music, etc., which sounds a bit hazardous for anyone operating a site with Bittorrent links, etc. It even makes me a bit nervous, but I know 90% of what I download is not licensed in the U.S., and Japanese companies aren't usually uptight about what falls under their "fair use."
