I saw Slumdog Millionaire last night with the bf, and I can't get it out of my head. I thought it was so good, I wish I had seen it before now.

I have a ton of movies in my queue that I should watch. I watched Year of the Dog this weekend, and I was really disappointed in that. I thought it was good for about the first half, and then the second just went somewhere crazy for the sake of it.

I also watched Meet Bill, and I thought that was decent and cute. Nothing too original, but I liked it.

I guess it's like with music... you just have to know where to look and go with recommendations from people you trust :)

that's interesting how you felt about Year of the Dog. it was okay in the beginning, but then fell apart. I want to see Slumdog, but will have to wait, or go to the theater alone - *sigh*
