no worries - I didn't even remember about the directing award. I know lots of people didn't like Crash. I liked it the first time, but not in subsequent viewings. it was a little too simple.

I've heard Blockbuster online is better - I might try that once I move.

Yes, overly simplistic is exactly the problem with Crash.
Blockbuster online is good and if you have a Blockbuster near you you can drop off there and get a free instore rental.

wonder if I can get In Bruges from Blockbuster. it's still on long wait status - I think some copies have been stolen or something, seriously!

It says long waits at Blockbuster too, I just checked. It's weird though I have only ever had long wait on one movie at Blockbuster.

Maybe it's getting word of mouth buzz. It was in at the video store though they only had a few copies in stock.
