I really wanted to change my layout this morning because it was a Christmas theme. I spent over 30 minutes looking at the LJ layouts, and couldn't find anything I like! I gave up and picked one - but it's not what I want to keep. Oh well... I guess I'll keep looking...

I'm off to see a big shrine in Fujinomiya today - but I should have gone yesterday because the sun was shining. it's all overcast and gloomy today, which means it will be cold! But it's good to get out anyway. We're meeting my friend Naomi at the pet store, then going to the shrine, then lunch.

Including today I have three days of vacation left. *sigh*

that is all...

sorry you couldn't find a design that you liked. It is always hard to pick a new layout. I hope you are able to find one you like.

yea layouts are hard. I'm always picky!

It turned out to be not as cold as I thought - and the weather was sunny. so it wasn't too bad.

yes, vacation is over as of tomorrow! yikes!

I could never find a layout I like either. I used to get some custom ones from various makers. Now I just stick with one layout and change headers fairly often.

I'd love to find one layout I like and then just do that - change the headers or colors from time to time. I'm still searching...

Yeah, there are a lot of cheesy designs and finding a good one is difficult. Hope you find something that you like soon!!!

me too - I've already changed it once and tweaked the code a bit to make it better for me. But I'm still not really satisfied. I liked the first layout I chose, but the text was all wrong. *sigh*

I had fun at the shrine and I posted pics - I think you saw them already.

lol... I totally do the same thing. With the furniture in my room too. Sometimes you just get a wild hair about changing stuff up!

well with my journal, I had to change it because the words were overlapping in the titles, so it looked bad. I couldn't leave it that way - I"m a perfectionist. so it's fixed for now, but still not the best.

I always changed my furniture around when I had an apartment. here we change our room for the seasons...

no I don't like the LJ layouts - sometimes they work with my moods, but most often they seem silly. Coding is time consuming - i've taken this layout and changed many things, but I'm still not happy and there are things I don't know how to fix.

yes I only work two days this week and then I'm off for three more. but then no holidays until sometime in February - except weekends. oh well - at least it's money!

I usually just change the graphics on my layout then leave the rest of the layout coding in tacked, that way it saves me time. I also change the colors. I should change mine but I don't care I want the xmas one for now plus I'm too lazy to change it LOL

if I could find a good layout that i really like, I'd do that too. just change the header picture or colors for the seasons. I haven't found something I really like.
