it's not life that matters but the journey...

A couple of years ago, or less, I started a writing community on here. Just a place for me to post my own stories and poems and essays. I made most of my entries "members" locked, and I think I have about 14 friends over there. It's called clevermoon.

I haven't posted anything on there for a long long time, mostly because I've forgotten about it - and I haven't written anything of note. But a couple nights ago I wrote this poem .
I don't know what inspired it, or where it came from, but I like it. And I've posted it on
clevermoon.
For now, you don't need to add the community to read it - I've made it open for anyone. But if you want to be added to clevermoon, let me know. Then you can read the rest of my (very few) posts from awhile back, including the essay I wrote about my dad, which was read (by my aunt, in my absence) at his memorial service in 2010. And hopefully this poem is the beginning of the end of my writer's block.
