I don't have much to say tonight. but I do have to say a big

to [personal profile] dawnie1970 for the virtual box of chocolates. you are so sweet - and so are they! I'm so glad you are back!

speaking of sweet, I just overindulged in cherry sherbet. wish I had some real cherries though...

this is the fourth night that my hubby has been out doing his music thang. I'm glad for him, but I miss him. this weekend he's playing another casino gig - two nights but this time with Nigel Mack, the Canadian guitarist/harp player. I might go to the casino with Nigel's girlfriend Lise on Saturday. fun times!

ah tomorrow is Friday. I hope to have some time this weekend to clean, organize, and do some much delayed writing projects. if I stay home Sunday I can do it all...

it's bedtime now. I'm not tired, but I'm sure I will be tomorrow at work.

question: how long has Christopher Reeve been gone and they are already replacing him as Superman? Honestly, can anyone really replace Christopher Reeve in that role? I know they had about four guys playing Batman (and none were very good, I'm afraid), but Christopher - he was the Superman I grew up with.

you know I wasn't - but then I saw a preview and I have to admit it looks good. Kevin Spacey is perfect as Lex Luthor - that alone is worth the price of admission. and the new Superman - *gah* - that's nice eye candy. could be fun...

ah, but rip Christopher Reeve. he was a hunk too!

I hope I can go to the casino - but I have no money to gamble with. I tried it last weekend on the slots and lost the 14 dollars I started with! luck is not my thing...

I wish I had a slinky dress. none of those in my closet.

ah, I went and looked into this new superman - the movie looks great - and Brandon is quite the hottie. could be worth a view...
