1. If you could get to know, fall in love with and marry any celebrity in the world, who would that be? I gave this one some thought for awhile, and while there's lots of celebrities who make my heart go pitter patter, there's only one currently who I think I could fall in love with in the real world. That's Jake Gyllenhaal. Not only is he gorgeous, and an amazing actor, but he also seems to be very down to earth, funny, fit, and intelligent. Just what I'd want in a husband and partner. (of course I have a husband already, so this might be tough!)

2. Let's say Mars gets terraformed and colonized in our lifetime and while we're still young enough to think it's awesome - would you go live on Mars? Absolutely! I'm waiting for someone to just get the whole thing started, and foot the bill, and I'm there. I'd be on the first spaceship out (as long as I could still take my laptop and my cat!)

3. Would you rather meet a supernatural entity or an alien? An alien, definitely. I'm afraid to meet supernatural entities, because they'd likely want to kill me. Or make me watch them glitter and shine in the sun - yikes! Aliens, on the other hand, would have peaceful intentions, were we ever to meet them. I'd like to meet an alien like the one in the original The Day the Earth Stood Still . And if I go to Mars, then I'll meet some:)

4. Are you afraid of the dark? Yes I am. and I'm not ashamed to admit it. When I was staying in my mom's basement, I always slept with a light on. And in fact, I always use a nightlight because my night vision is terrible. But I can't stand total and complete darkness. It's like not being alive. I like being able to see things clearly.

5. If you could take one species out of existence - which one? If I had to answer this question seriously, I'd say none. Because I'm a firm believer that all species are necessary for our planet to survive, and that we are all interdependent on each other. But if I had to choose one, I'd choose cockroaches. Those things are just ugly and useless. Really if you can find a use for a cockroach, please tell me!

where is everyone? or is Frank eating my comments or something cause I swore I wrote lots of comments in the last few days - but my email remains empty. it's so sad. I finally caught up and no one is around. *sigh* - but don't mind me - I'm just lonely. I hate winter, and I want to be doing something totally different. but what else is new??

somehow I missed Supernatural on Thursday. I totally forgot about it. that's just weird. But I downloaded it last night and watched it today while I was doing laundry. three loads. it was an interesting show. very different, and very cerebral, and a bit unnerving in many ways. but it just makes me love Dean even more. hey are there only two episodes left? someone tell me that they've solved the strike and they'll make more... please!??!

in other tv news, Dexter has completely consumed me. I'm absolutely hooked. It's actually scary how much I love this show. my friend told me today I should be watching Pushing Daisies. But I've missed so much already. has it been cancelled though?
