it's not life that matters but the journey...

I'm still alive - but this cold won't go away. thankfully I haven't succumbed to the same horrible flu I had before, and I am able to go to work and actually get things done. But I have a sinus headache, and can't breathe without inhaling nose spray. it's so fun! and the snow???? I've never been so tired of white in my whole life. I used to wish I could live somewhere that it snowed - but I never intended to live somewhere that it snows nearly every week during the winter, and where the snow and ice stay on the ground for four months or more.

and while I'm in a bitchy mood, I need to say something about Showtime's decision to put my beloved Dexter on CBS.

I finally got a copy of "No Country for Old Men" so I started watching it last night - unfortunately I was too tired and had to sleep. So I'll finish it, plus I'll finish and rewatch "Inland Empire" this weekend too. Then I can do a nice movie review post, which I haven't done in awhile. I have tons more movies at home to watch too, plus I got two books from a co-worker today, and I have two homework assignments to finish before Monday. And did I mention that I also have my 2004 taxes to deal with (to see if I can get some of my 1200 back that I had to pay for a big mistake)? My life is a bit hectic at the moment.
