I read that post - it was lovely, but you seemed so nervous ... I'd like to read more too please.

I had a photo deleted from there too - it was of a raunchy young man. Nothing too dubious, I thought. You certainly couldn't see anything! I think some of the Mods are much too keen.

I think I was less nervous than just a bit reticent or unsure of how things would go. I was really nervous when I lived in Japan by myself back in 1998; but this time around, in 2005 I was with my husband. I guess I was nervous about his moods, though, and about living with his parents. but they were great:)

I can definitely find some more Japan posts for you and send you links - probably I can do that tonight.

the funny thing about photobucket is that the picture they deleted from my account was just from Star Trek - so maybe it was a copyright issue? but I'd copied it from someone's blog, so it can't be a protected image. weird! are they really that strict about raunchy pictures? that's crazy!
